We hope you’ll experience love at first sight with your new lace wig! However, if you need to make a return please be mindful that the lace wig must be in its original condition upon arrival without any modifications for any and all returns to be processed.
All U.S orders (except final sale and hair products) have a 3 day return policy from the day of receiving. All wigs shall be returned as-new, unworn and in an unaltered condition, with all accessories included. If the lace front was cut or trimmed it can no longer be returned. Hair care and wig maintenance products are final sale.
Buyer pays for return costs. A 10% restocking fee is required for all returns. Fees will be automatically deducted from your refund.
If the returned wig does not meet our requirements we have the right to refuse a refund. If the product is not eligible for a refund, the wig will be shipped back at the buyers expense.
Email hello@wigsbycamila.com to notify of the return and we will provide the return shipping address. Please wait until our customer service representative has replied with the instructions before shipping the item back.
Wigs By Camila Inc will not provide reimbursement for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Please be aware that international orders are not offered any refunds or exchanges.
